Make it another successful Auction year with Woolley & Wallis in 2010
Property Auctions have never been so popular and it's easy to appreciate why when you read Woolley & Wallis' results for 2009/10.
Specialist auctioneers since 1884, Woolley & Wallis held four property auctions in 2009, selling £6,610,000 worth of property with entries from Hampshire, Wiltshire, Dorset and Somerset. 21 properties were sold from 24 entries giving a tremendous success rate of 87.5%. Lots sold included garden, equestrian and agricultural land; cottages and farmhouses for improvement in beautiful locations; residential and commercial investments and building plots. Highlights included two un-modernised period cottages in the New Forest National Park with large gardens and the option to acquire paddock land. Also a building plot in Ansty with stunning views and land.
The auctions are held in Woolley & Wallis' purpose built salerooms in Salisbury and comprehensive marketing is undertaken by all eight regional branch offices, extending from Lymington in the south to Marlborough in the north, and from Shaftesbury in the west to Romsey in the east giving un-paralleled regional coverage across central southern England.
