PART-TIME RESIDENTIAL ADMINISTRATOR (MATERNITY COVER) - FORDINGBRIDGE OFFICE
A part-time (Monday, Friday and every other Saturday) Administrator role to provide maternity cover has become available working at our busy residential sales office in Fordingbridge, starting in early 2018.
The successful candidate will work as part of our Residential Sales Department covering all aspects of property consultancy and sales.
Applicants must have excellent IT skills, be organised with a keen eye for detail and have a good command of written English. Experience of audio and copy typing advantageous as is previous experience of Residential Sales Agency.
Salary dependent upon experience.

SATURDAY ASSISTANT – SALISBURY OFFICE
Our Residential team are looking for a Saturday Assistant to help out in the office and conduct viewings.
Previous experience in a similar role advantageous but not essential.
9.00am – 4.00pm Saturdays

RICS REGISTERED VALUER - MARLBOROUGH OFFICE
Woolley & Wallis are looking to recruit a RICS Registered Valuer to work within their busy rural professional team. The post will be on a part time basis for a year starting immediately to cover maternity leave, with a view to a permanent position.
Woolley & Wallis are a private partnership, established in 1884 with 7 offices across Wiltshire Hampshire and Dorset. The practice offers a diverse and bespoke professional property based service throughout central southern England.
The firm are on the panel of a number of secured lending banks, the AMC, as well as receiving valuation instructions from solicitors, accountants, SIPPS and Trustees. We work closely with Woolley & Wallis Finance Ltd, rural finance brokers.
We advise on a wide range of land and property related matters including the valuation of all property types (rural, equestrian, residential, agricultural). Whilst the candidate may come from a rural background, this is desirable but not essential.
The basis of employment, hours/days, can be flexible and tailored to suit i.e. employee, consultant or contract basis.
