Woolley & Wallis have seven offices based in Salisbury, Romsey, Marlborough, Ringwood, Fordingbridge and Shaftesbury each with their own expansive knowledge of the surrounding area. The Farm & Rural department dates back over 120 years and together with the Rural Professional and Equestrian departments deals with a wide range of country properties and land. These departments have advisors in the Marlborough, Romsey and Shaftesbury offices, with the head office based in Salisbury.
The Residential department uses the network of offices to greatest effect, offering property for sale and to let across the region. They offer agency and management services, as well as providing an efficient, professional yet personal service to the buyer or seller. Land & New Homes works together with the residential offices to provide a service to those wishing to buy or sell new properties or development land. The Lettings departments also takes advantage of the office network and offers services to landlords and tenants across the region including agency services for landlords.
As a network of mulit-disciplined chartered surveyors, Woolley & Wallis can provide advisors who have a specialist in-depth knowledge of Surveys & Valuations. These advisors can provide detailed pre-purchase survey reports, as well as many of the other necessary reports with advice on how to proceed and have work carried out.
