They yield a high volume of daily email responses, both from the UK and internationally.

Property Particulars

The presentation of details relating to your property is an extremely important part of the whole marketing process. Following an initial inspection, the particulars will be produced and forwarded to you for your approval before being made available to prospective purchasers. We will include a selection of high quality photographs with floor plans and they will be available in both printed form for despatch by post and digital form for e-mail.

Photography of your property is offered at no extra cost and we are particularly proud of the quality of our floor plans, which are included as an option for all property details.

In addition,property details appear online with both a location map and, in most cases, an aerial photograph, with the exact location of the property indicated - exceptional facilities that encourage viewings by potential buyers.

We believe that first class presentation is paramount and for some properties we recommend individually designed and professionally printed brochures. Traditionally, brochures are charged separately, but we frequently include these in our commission because of the contribution to sales made by these high-quality brochures.

Legally Factual

The Property Misdescriptions Act (1991) requires estate agents to be factual with their property descriptions, and we prepare our particulars to comply with this Act. Our particulars and descriptions will present your property to its best advantage without being misleading.

Sale Boards

Even in the era of the internet, sale boards are still a major source of enquiries. We never erect a 'For Sale' board without your agreement. We strongly recommend their use.
