Land & New Homes - is one of seven specialist departments within the practice. It combines the expertise of Partners Richard Sharland (Rural Professional), Andy Cochran (Commercial Department) and Andrew Donald (Residential Sales), with Stephen Boyes-Lee, an independent consultant with over 20 years experience of New Homes sales and marketing. The department works closely with the firm's six residential sales offices (at Salisbury, Shaftesbury, Marlborough, Romsey, Ringwood, Fordingbridge) to provide a comprehensive range of professional advice and services on all residential development property related matters.
