

Our Tenant Find and Rent Collection option allows you the flexibility to manage the property, while we locate the tenants for you, take up their references, and arrange the regular collection of rent.
Your property details will be added to our available lettings list so that they may be promoted in local publications, on the internet, and through our network of offices – we'll even take photographs of the property for you. We will arrange viewings, accompanying where necessary.
We take care to locate the tenant you are looking for. As well as discussing whether you allow smoking, children, pets or shared lets, we can interview and assess prospective tenants on your behalf, and take up references via 'Homelet', a professional, dedicated referencing company.
We will collect the first month's rent, and will collect and process rent on your behalf throughout the tenancy. We will also collect and hold a dilapidations deposit, and arrange an inventory of contents and Schedule of Condition to be drawn up at the start of the tenancy.
Advice about the legal and practical aspects of letting and an initial inspection of your property is completely free of charge. Thereafter we will prepare a legally binding tenancy agreement, and will further advise you on your safety obligations as landlord.
The Homelet Landlords Protection Scheme also limits the risks associated with letting property, giving you peace of mind throughout.
