Woolley & Wallis is delighted to announce the appointment of Sophie Clotworthy to strengthen their specialist Farm & Rural agency team covering Wiltshire, Hampshire, Dorset and surrounding counties.
Sophie will be based in Salisbury and work alongside Simon Male to handle the sale of all rural property from individual paddocks up to substantial rural estate portfolios, including commercial farms. Being an equestrian enthusiast, Sophie also has particular expertise and knowledge of the equestrian property market.
Sophie previously spent 11 years working for a national firm based in Salisbury specialising in the sale of farms, estates and equestrian property, across the South of England. She has been involved in many of the high profile farm and rural sales to come to the market in the South over recent years as well as dealing with private sales. Living in East Dorset, Sophie has a wealth of understanding for the local rural area.
Sophie’s appointment follows a tremendous run of notable sales including Robeys Farm (980 acres) and the Ballington Manor Estate (1,127 acres).
Simon Male comments: ‘Our proven track record in sales demonstrates you do not need an ‘international firm’ or ‘London presence’ to sell large farms or estates. Knowledge, attention to detail and service remain the cornerstones of rural agency and we pride ourselves on providing a comprehensive and tailored service which leaves our clients in no doubt they have achieved the best result from the sale of their property’.
Sophie brings considerable experience and knowledge in rural property sales which we intend to use to full effect together with our expanding team of professional surveyors.
