Demand for small business units in the Salisbury area continues to outstrip supply according to letting agent Rob Horton of Woolley & Wallis who reports the completion of yet another letting, on this occasion on the popular Glenmore Business Park, Churchfields Industrial Estate. The agent has successfully completed a letting of Unit 33 to an established local business Aquagas Salisbury Ltd who have taken a new 6 year lease of the property which comprised ground floor warehousing/ workshop space of 630 sq ft together with mezzanine offices/ storage of 274 sq ft. The agents were quoting a rental of £7,500 pa. The agent commented, “….. we agreed the letting within a few days of taking on the unit – a sure sign that this sector of the commercial market is in good health. The problem is that the local market needs more such units to keep a pace with demand from local business”. Aquagas are accredited installers of boilers who carry out servicing and repairs on all makes of boilers.
