PROFESSIONALLY QUALIFIED AND PROUD OF IT!
Owen Davies has qualified as a full Member of the Royal Institution of
Chartered Surveyors (RICS) at the first time of asking. Owen, 28, is a
graduate of the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester and has spent
the last 5 years working towards this qualification. He has a broad experience
of working with private clients and institutions and is based in Woolley
and Wallis' Rural Professional department in Salisbury, Wiltshire. He
has been with the firm for over 2 years and has made a significant impact
with his drive,energy and attention to detail.
Owen said "I am absolutely delighted as well as being very relieved
at passing the RICS' Assessment of Professional Competence. The qualification
means a lot to me and I am proud to now be a full member of an internationally
recognised Institution. I intend to make the most use of this qualification
and to up hold the proud traditions of a Rural Chartered Surveyor"

Owen has elected to specialise in the Rural Practice division of the RICS
and has already been advising clients on the complexities of Single Farm
Payment and Environmental Stewardship, planning matters, compulsory acquisitions,
telecommunication sites and all the associated lease/rent negotiations
as well as agricultural tenancy work for both landlords and tenants.
