AGRICULTURAL HOLDINGS ACT 1986

A major influence on many longstanding tenancies. Defines Landlord's and Tenant's responsibilities and obligations. Provides procedure for Rent Reviews and Dispute resolution. Allows for succession of tenancy.

AGRICULTURAL TENANCIES ACT 1995

Provides for Farm Business Tenancies

RENT (AGRICULTURE) ACT 1976

Provides for security of terms of cottages - farm workers.

CASE LAW
