Woolley & Wallis' Farm & Rural Department provides an independent service on all aspects of planning and land appraisals, together with professional advice for private landowners and developers on areas including town planning, development consultancy, valuations for option agreements, negotiating access (ransom strip payments) and land assembly terms with third parties.
Development Land Sales
Our knowledge of central southern England enables us to both value land for sale and acquisition and to sell development land (with or without planning consent). Where appropriate, advice to landowners is given on a ‘no sale, no fee' basis. We are also retained to acquire land on behalf of established developer clients.
Option & Promotion Agreements
We can advise on all related matters, including negotiating Option and Promotion Agreements, inter-party arrangements and land value apportionments.
