The land is Grade 3, south facing with some steep slopes in places and is currently used to graze cattle and cut hay. The majority of the land is over clay with some chalk on the south western part of the farm. The species rich grass has benefitted from no artificial fertilizer applications and could easily convert to organic. The parcels of woodland are beautiful blocks of mature trees with a carpet of primroses and then bluebells and wild garlic over the spring months.
