The nearby landmark of South Wonston’s concrete water tower adjoins the property and the land also borders the A34 but there is no vehicular access.

There are no services connected to the land.

From Junction 9 of the M3 take the A34 towards Newbury. After about 3 miles take the slip road signposted to Worthy Down, Sutton Scotney and Stockbridge. At the roundabout take the 4th exit onto the A272 to Stockbridge and Salisbury. After about one mile the entrance to the land can be found on the right hand side.
