Our goal is to provide a consistent and comprehensive property service to all clients throughout our network of local offices.
Woolley & Wallis was originally formed in 1884 by John Turton Woolley and when he went into partnership with William Wallis in 1903, the firm became what it is today.
Initially the focus of the business was as Auctioneers and Land Agents, and operated solely out of Salisbury, Ringwood and Romsey for 50 years. From the 1960’s onward, the firm grew, opening new offices in Southern England and the New Forest. It also broadened its range of services to include Surveying, Commercial Property and becoming known for being Residential Sales and Lettings experts.
Today, Woolley & Wallis operates from seven offices in Wiltshire, Hampshire and Dorset providing sales, lettings, rural and commercial agency services for both the professional and residential sectors throughout the region.
Our reputation has meant that we are fortunate to have a wide range of clients, some of whom have been with the firm for several generations. We advise private landowners and homeowners, national companies, small businesses, institutions and developers, as well as public bodies and charities.
Our personable approach and focus on customer service throughout the firm means that whatever property related matter we are instructed to deal with, our expertise is regularly trusted for outstanding results and that is just one of the reasons why we have so many loyal clients.
