Andrew Donald is an equity partner who joined the firm in 1987. He has had experience working across the firm and is the senior residential partner within the firm. Andrew is the step son of Peter Swindell who founded the Fordingbridge office for Woolley & Wallis. Brought up in Bramshaw in the heart of the New Forest, much of Andrew’s boyhood was spent riding ponies and working on a local dairy farm. The family home moved to Damerham, where he has subsequently returned to and currently lives with his wife and daughter.
Andrew has a number of close associations with the villages and countryside covered by the firm; he has recently accepted a role as chair of governors of a local school and is chief sheep steward at Romsey Show with which he has been involved for over 25 years, he is often seen at Fordingbridge Rugby Club. Andrew is a keen lover of all outdoor sports and keeps fit running and cycling and uses his activities to raise money for Salisbury Hospice.

Barnaby has worked in the Shaftesbury office since 2006 and is a Partner in the business. Over the years he has mastered sales of a whole mix of properties from farms, houses, to churches, commercial and development you name it, he will do it all! As a chartered surveyor, he undertakes residential valuations for probate to shared equity.
Barnaby is also a partner in the family farming business and along with his two young daughter’s needs, it all fills any of the down time from Woolley and Wallis.

Simon joined Woolley & Wallis in 2008 having graduated from the Royal Agricultural College with a Masters Degree in Rural Land Management. He is a Chartered Surveyor, a Fellow of the Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV) and an RICS Registered Valuer.
A Partner in the firm since 2015, Simon oversees the farm and rural team in Salisbury providing advice on a wide range of rural issues across Wiltshire, Hampshire and Dorset.
Simon’s grandparents were tenant farmers on the Taunton Crown Estate and, whilst the farm is no longer within the family, he still somehow manages to spend much of his free time covered in grease, mud or worse.

Dougal joined the Firm in 2003. He overseas the growth and development of the Residential Agency firmwide and runs our very successful Romsey Office. Despite having been behind some of the highest profiles sales in the area in recent years, he enjoys selling properties of all shapes and sizes.

Tom has lived in the Fordingbridge locality for the majority of his life and in that time has forged close links to the town and surrounding area, developing a particular affinity for the Downland villages and New Forest, which he would explore with his father, a local veterinary surgeon. Educated at Exeter University and Bishop Wordsworth’s School in Salisbury, Tom joined Woolley & Wallis in 2003 and in 2015 became a Partner of the firm.
Tom comments that “I feel fortunate to work for a firm with such a widely respected heritage and to do so in a part of the world that I know and love so well”. Tom also is a keen lover of all outdoor sports and an enthusiastic runner and cyclist.

Andy is a former Managing Partner and Senior Partner of the Firm who joined in 1999, and became a consultant in 2020. He is a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer who splits his time between commercial professional and investment/development work, and strategic residential development work. His clients include businesses, banks, pension providers, investors, individual landowners, charities, local authorities, and schools.
Andy is married with two grown up sons (sort of) and his passions outside work include sailing, tennis, cycling, walking, Saints FC, Bath RFC, David Hockney and JMW Turner.

Sarah moved from the Midlands to the New Forest area in 2003 and knows the surrounding towns and villages well. Sarah lives locally with her husband and two daughters.

Sophie specialises in the sale of all rural property from individual paddocks up to substantial rural estate portfolios, including commercial farms. Sophie joined Woolley & Wallis in 2016, having previously spent 11 years working for a national firm selling farms and estates across the South of England. With a competitive equestrian background and having always been involved with horses within different disciplines, Sophie also heads up the specialist Woolley & Wallis equestrian team.
Living in North Dorset on the family farm with her husband and daughter Jemima, in her free time Sophie enjoys all countryside sports, riding, walking the dogs and tending to her expanding flock of sheep and chickens.

Toby has been working as a hugely successful managerial estate agent within Ringwood for the past 18 years, and has gained a wealth of experience valuing properties of all genres. He started his career as a Footman and then a Butler in his early twenties, working both in Paris and London for Diplomats and the Royal Family, cementing his attitude to the importance of supreme quality service. Whilst living in London, Toby then moved into a sales environment and managed a team of 40 staff, where he became used to working in a very proactive environment. His energetic approach combined with his values of high quality service has been at the core of his estate agency career which has spanned the last 20 years. Toby took over the Ringwood office at the beginning of 2018 and has brought a hugely fresh approach, along with a new team who are all passionate about property.
Toby lives in Lymington with his wife whom he met 25 years ago in Paris, and their two young boys. Outside of work, he loves gardening, interior design, cooking, and also enjoys skiing, diving and being out on the Solent, whenever he gets the opportunity.

Rob joined the firm in the mid noughties having previously worked for firms in Winchester and Southampton where he qualified. He deals with all aspects of Commercial Agency work and a wide range of sectors including industrial, office, retail, roadside, investment and development land (both commercial and residential). He also undertakes strategic ‘planning exercises’ to assist clients in the pre-application stages where they are considering developing their property/ site (often for residential use).
At the weekends (when he can get ‘the pass’), Rob can be found on the fairways of Stoneham Golf Club near Southampton where he has been a member since joining as a junior (some time ago now!). Although just a passionate about the game, he admits his handicap is on the slide for which he blames his two young children. His other hobbies include tennis, cricket (these days more as a spectator!), skiing and flyfishing.

Henry is from a farming background having grown up on a family run poultry farm in Mid Devon as well as working on a variety of local farms in his summer holidays. He studied rural land management at the Royal Agricultural University before joining the Woolley & Wallis Shaftesbury team in September 2021 as a trainee land agent.
Outside work Henry enjoys a range of extracurricular activities including playing rugby for North Dorset RFC and rally driving.

Born and raised on a family farm just outside of Marlborough, Lorna brings with her a vast knowledge of the local area. Lorna studied at the Royal Agricultural University and gained a degree in Agriculture.
Since university, she joined a local accounting firm, successfully qualified as an accountant working with a diverse range of rural and non-rural clients.
Lorna advises on a wide range of rural professional matters and specialises in rural subsidies and grant schemes including ELMS and mapping. With her background in finance, she is well placed to advise on farm budgets, succession planning and implications of rural taxation at a farm level.
In her spare time, Lorna enjoys all sports and can be found either running around the countryside or supporting the local cricket and rugby team.

Felicity is a Rural Chartered Surveyor based in the Marlborough Office. She is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV), Professional member of IAgrM and a RICS Registered Valuer. Felicity’s main areas of expertise are valuation and planning. Felicity has recently completed a master’s degree in urban planning with the aim to become a Chartered Town Planner.
Felicity is originally from Devon and moved to Wiltshire in 2015 and lives on a farm with her husband and two sons. Felicity enjoys country pursuits such as horse riding and clay pigeon shooting.

Megan joined the team in 2020 having just moved to the area after spending three years as an Estates Surveyor of an Asset Management Company in West Sussex having previously completed her degree in Rural Land Management at the Royal Agricultural University in Cirencester.
Megan has an array of experience in commercial property matters including management, lettings, and various Landlord & Tenant work. She is a RICS registered valuer with significant knowledge in the local market.

Keara moved to the Salisbury area in 2009 and joined the firm in 2014. Initially employed to work in Lettings, Keara progressed to the accounts department, learning valuable skills and knowledge and later transitioned to work alongside the Partners as the Partnership and Human Resources Manager, overseeing various tasks and duties.
When Keara is not working, she is often found at the side of a football pitch cheering on her two boys, who are keen footballers. Long walks with her beloved dog, Beau or rolling around in a muddy field at boot camp fitness classes. She also loves a good book with a cuppa!

Born locally in Dorset and with a huge passion for rural property whether it is large or small, Nick decided to pursue his career here in the South striving to bring a personal approach to the needs of each client to deliver an effective rate of sales and to increase the company’s Market Share.
Outside of work Nick lives and works on his family’s organic farm and enjoys all outdoor sports, especially skiing and Rugby, as well as painting and drawing.

Amanda joined Woolley & Wallis in March 2019 to assist within the Residential Lettings Department. Amanda plays a key role in the everyday running of the office, organising viewings, liaising with both Landlords and Tenants in resolving maintenance issues that arise and all administration duties.
Amanda has lived in the Fordingbridge area all of her life and has close family ties with the local area having worked in her father’s family business of Removal’s to which she can relate to all that comes with moving home!
In her spare time Amanda enjoys the New Forest with her dog and spending time with her family and friends.

Amy joined Woolley & Wallis for work experience in 2022 and is studying to become a Rural Chartered Surveyor at Harper Adams University, with a 5-year Degree Apprenticeship in Rural Land Management. Outside of working and studying, Amy spends most of her time horse riding. Amy has her own horse that generally takes up all of her time. Amy loves eventing and spends much of her spare time on hacks in the surrounding countryside.
Amy also likes to travel and took and took a gap year and travelled throughout South East Asia for 3 months.
