Andrew Donald is an equity partner who joined the firm in 1987. He has had experience working across the firm and is the senior residential partner within the firm. Andrew is the step son of Peter Swindell who founded the Fordingbridge office for Woolley & Wallis. Brought up in Bramshaw in the heart of the New Forest, much of Andrew’s boyhood was spent riding ponies and working on a local dairy farm. The family home moved to Damerham, where he has subsequently returned to and currently lives with his wife and daughter.
Andrew has a number of close associations with the villages and countryside covered by the firm; he has recently accepted a role as chair of governors of a local school and is chief sheep steward at Romsey Show with which he has been involved for over 25 years, he is often seen at Fordingbridge Rugby Club. Andrew is a keen lover of all outdoor sports and keeps fit running and cycling and uses his activities to raise money for Salisbury Hospice.

Simon joined Woolley & Wallis in 2008 having graduated from the Royal Agricultural College with a Masters Degree in Rural Land Management. He is a Chartered Surveyor, a Fellow of the Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV) and an RICS Registered Valuer.
A Partner in the firm since 2015, Simon oversees the farm and rural team in Salisbury providing advice on a wide range of rural issues across Wiltshire, Hampshire and Dorset.
Simon’s grandparents were tenant farmers on the Taunton Crown Estate and, whilst the farm is no longer within the family, he still somehow manages to spend much of his free time covered in grease, mud or worse.

With a competitive equestrian background and having always been involved with horses within different disciplines, Sophie also heads up the specialist Woolley & Wallis equestrian team.

Rob joined the firm in the mid noughties having previously worked for firms in Winchester and Southampton where he qualified. He deals with all aspects of Commercial Agency work and a wide range of sectors including industrial, office, retail, roadside, investment and development land (both commercial and residential). He also undertakes strategic ‘planning exercises’ to assist clients in the pre-application stages where they are considering developing their property/ site (often for residential use).
At the weekends (when he can get ‘the pass’), Rob can be found on the fairways of Stoneham Golf Club near Southampton where he has been a member since joining as a junior (some time ago now!). Although just a passionate about the game, he admits his handicap is on the slide for which he blames his two young children. His other hobbies include tennis, cricket (these days more as a spectator!), skiing and flyfishing.

Megan Casebow is based in our Salisbury Office within the Commercial department. Megan joined the team in 2020 having just moved to the area after spending three years as an Estates Surveyor of an Asset Management Company in West Sussex having previously completed her degree in Rural Land Management at the Royal Agricultural University in Cirencester.
Megan has an array of experience in commercial property matters including management, lettings, and various Landlord & Tenant work. She is a RICS registered valuer with significant knowledge in the local market.
In her spare time Megan plays for local rugby and netball clubs and enjoys skiing, horse riding and cycling.

Keara Wase

Keara moved to the Salisbury area in 2009 and joined the firm in 2014. Initially employed to work in Lettings, Keara progressed to the accounts department, learning valuable skills and knowledge and later transitioned to work alongside the Partners as the Partnership and Human Resources Manager, overseeing various tasks and duties.
When Keara is not working, she is often found at the side of a football pitch cheering on her two boys, who are keen footballers. Long walks with her beloved dog, Beau or rolling around in a muddy field at boot camp fitness classes. She also loves a good book with a cuppa!

Amy joined Woolley & Wallis for work experience in 2022 and is studying to become a Rural Chartered Surveyor at Harper Adams University, with a 5-year Degree Apprenticeship in Rural Land Management. Outside of working and studying, Amy spends most of her time horse riding. Amy has her own horse that generally takes up all of her time. Amy loves eventing and spends much of her spare time on hacks in the surrounding countryside.
Amy also likes to travel and took and took a gap year and travelled throughout South East Asia for 3 months.
