Andrew Donald is an equity partner who joined the firm in 1987. He has had experience working across the firm and is the senior residential partner within the firm. Andrew is the step son of Peter Swindell who founded the Fordingbridge office for Woolley & Wallis. Brought up in Bramshaw in the heart of the New Forest, much of Andrew’s boyhood was spent riding ponies and working on a local dairy farm. The family home moved to Damerham, where he has subsequently returned to and currently lives with his wife and daughter.
Andrew has a number of close associations with the villages and countryside covered by the firm; he has recently accepted a role as chair of governors of a local school and is chief sheep steward at Romsey Show with which he has been involved for over 25 years, he is often seen at Fordingbridge Rugby Club. Andrew is a keen lover of all outdoor sports and keeps fit running and cycling and uses his activities to raise money for Salisbury Hospice.

Partner, RICS Registered Valuer
Simon joined Woolley & Wallis in 2008 having graduated from the Royal Agricultural College with a Masters Degree in Rural Land Management. He is a Chartered Surveyor, a Fellow of the Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV) and an RICS Registered Valuer.
A Partner in the firm since 2015, Simon oversees the farm and rural team in Salisbury providing advice on a wide range of rural issues across Wiltshire, Hampshire and Dorset.
Simon’s grandparents were tenant farmers on the Taunton Crown Estate and, whilst the farm is no longer within the family, he still somehow manages to spend much of his free time covered in grease, mud or worse.
Andy is a former Managing Partner and Senior Partner of the Firm who joined in 1999, and became a consultant in 2020. He is a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer who splits his time between commercial professional and investment/development work, and strategic residential development work. His clients include businesses, banks, pension providers, investors, individual landowners, charities, local authorities, and schools.
Andy is married with two grown up sons (sort of) and his passions outside work include sailing, tennis, cycling, walking, Saints FC, Bath RFC, David Hockney and JMW Turner.
Farm, Rural & Equestrian Agent/Associate
Sophie specialises in the sale of all rural property from individual paddocks up to substantial rural estate portfolios, including commercial farms. Sophie joined Woolley & Wallis in 2016, having previously spent 11 years working for a national firm selling farms and estates across the South of England. With a competitive equestrian background and having always been involved with horses within different disciplines, Sophie also heads up the specialist Woolley & Wallis equestrian team.
Living in North Dorset on the family farm with her husband and daughter Jemima, in her free time Sophie enjoys all countryside sports, riding, walking the dogs and tending to her expanding flock of sheep and chickens.
Richard brings a wealth of knowledge and experience having worked at Woolley & Wallis throughout his professional career of nearly 50 years, dealing with all aspects of rural property matters, including development land consultancy.
Richard is an avid supporter of country sports and away from work enjoys walking, gardening, good food & wine, and watching all forms of sport.
Rupert brings with him a wealth of experience within the property market, having begun his career in Estate Agency in 1988. During this time, Rupert has gained an in-depth understanding of sales and lettings; this global approach to the property market makes him a valuable additional asset to the team. Rupert is a ‘people person’ who is customer service driven. This, combined with his professional approach to the industry, ensures that we can continue offering our clients an excellent standard.
Rupert is a family man; he and his wife live locally in Salisbury and have two sons at University. When not at work, Rupert enjoys a country walk and playing tennis, representing Victoria Park Tennis Club. Rupert has appeared on 3 episodes of Homes Under The Hammer.

Rob joined the firm in the mid noughties having previously worked for firms in Winchester and Southampton where he qualified. He deals with all aspects of Commercial Agency work and a wide range of sectors including industrial, office, retail, roadside, investment and development land (both commercial and residential). He also undertakes strategic ‘planning exercises’ to assist clients in the pre-application stages where they are considering developing their property/ site (often for residential use).
At the weekends (when he can get ‘the pass’), Rob can be found on the fairways of Stoneham Golf Club near Southampton where he has been a member since joining as a junior (some time ago now!). Although just a passionate about the game, he admits his handicap is on the slide for which he blames his two young children. His other hobbies include tennis, cricket (these days more as a spectator!), skiing and flyfishing.
Client Accountant. joined W&W in January 2020. Hugh has a wealth of experience of client accounting having worked for a national firm of Chartered Surveyors for 35 years.
Hugh is married with two sons and enjoys cycling, walking and live rock music.
Richard joined Woolley and Wallis in 2011, having lived in Salisbury since 1998, and is well versed in the property market in the city and its surrounding villages. He is highly regarded and with the support of his colleagues, provides a strong foundation of the highly successful Residential team.
Richard lives in Nunton with his wife and delightful son, Felix. He enjoys a beer in the pub after a long walk with the dog, watching the Rugby and Cricket as well as keeping fit at the local gym.
Head of Lettings
Becky, our Lettings Manager and company letting specialist has been working in the Lettings industry for over 20 years and is ARLA qualified to level 4, so there isn’t much Becky doesn’t know about the rental market.
When Becky isn’t working, she enjoys spoiling her nieces with trips to the theatre and loves walking her Labradoodle in the countryside.
Head of Marketing
Sarah has been working in marketing and public relations for many years, she lives in a beautiful village with her family and two crazy dogs. When Sarah isn’t at work, she blows away the cobwebs with a long dog walk in the countryside or along the coast.
Her favourite pastimes are snuggling up on the sofa with a good book, laughing with her friends and watching car-crash tv with her three daughters.
Megan Casebow is based in our Salisbury Office within the Commercial department. Megan joined the team in 2020 having just moved to the area after spending three years as an Estates Surveyor of an Asset Management Company in West Sussex having previously completed her degree in Rural Land Management at the Royal Agricultural University in Cirencester.
Megan has an array of experience in commercial property matters including management, lettings, and various Landlord & Tenant work. She is a RICS registered valuer with significant knowledge in the local market.
In her spare time Megan plays for local rugby and netball clubs and enjoys skiing, horse riding and cycling.
Partnership & HR Manager, Associate
Keara moved to the Salisbury area in 2009 and joined the firm in 2014. Initially employed to work in Lettings, Keara progressed to the accounts department, learning valuable skills and knowledge and later transitioned to work alongside the Partners as the Partnership and Human Resources Manager, overseeing various tasks and duties.
When Keara is not working, she is often found at the side of a football pitch cheering on her two boys, who are keen footballers. Long walks with her beloved dog, Beau or rolling around in a muddy field at boot camp fitness classes. She also loves a good book with a cuppa!
Finance manager and joined W&W in July 2021 with 30 years’ experience in financial management, mainly in the rural industry. I grew up on a farm in Shropshire but have lived in Hampshire for the past 35 years. 2 years ago, we moved to Romsey and my husband and I have been refurbishing & extending our home.
With two children having flown the nest, I now spend most of my free time finishing the house, gardening and entertaining.
Trainee Surveyor, Associate
Wendy joined Woolley & Wallis in 2014 as a Rural Administrator and is currently a Trainee Surveyor working towards her AssocRICS qualification, focusing mainly upon rural valuations and subsidy claims.
Alongside raising twin boys, Wendy enjoys range of creative hobbies including writing & painting when times allows!
Catherine recently joined us after a career in University procurement at Cranfield and Southampton Universities. She brings a wealth of experience from a broad range of disciplines. We hear she was once a European Heptathlon gold medallist!

Emma joined Woolley & Wallis in 1997 as is a fountain of local knowledge and has extensive experience of the Salisbury housing market. Emma provides all round administrative support and is always on hand with a smile and cuppa.
Emma is the glue that holds the Salisbury office together she’s an excellent baker, a diva on the karaoke machine and enjoys spending time with family and friends at the weekend.
Apprentice Rural Surveyor
Amy joined Woolley & Wallis for work experience in 2022 and is studying to become a Rural Chartered Surveyor at Harper Adams University, with a 5-year Degree Apprenticeship in Rural Land Management. Outside of working and studying, Amy spends most of her time horse riding. Amy has her own horse that generally takes up all of her time. Amy loves eventing and spends much of her spare time on hacks in the surrounding countryside.
Amy also likes to travel and took and took a gap year and travelled throughout South East Asia for 3 months.
