Mapping

Woolley & Wallis has a dedicated in-house mapping team that can assist in producing maps for a variety of reasons.

Land Registry Compliant Plans

At Woolley & Wallis our in-house mapping team are experts in creating Land registry plans from buildings plots to whole landed estates.

With the current delays within the land registry service, if your land is unregistered, it is wise to register it; contact our mapping team for a quotation.

Boundary Surveys

A boundary survey can be required to provide clarity on the exact location of a boundary between two parties.

As a first step, our in-house team can assist in undertaking initial research alongside producing an advisory report. A formal boundary agreement plan or determined boundary plan can then be used to clarify the future boundary.

Rights of Way Declaration Maps

A landowner Deposit protects landowners against rights of way and village greens coming into existence, based solely on a period of use by the public. Submission of a deposit protects you for a period of 20 years. New rights of way can have knock on effects especially with regards to the saleability of land and its development potential therefore if you are concerned about new rights of way being created, it is wise to lodge an application to the council.
