This is a developing situation and although it is not 'business as usual' it is one of many positive steps towards it becoming so.

1. How to Enter
1.1. To enter the competition, the owner of a property must complete the survey and agree to all Terms & Conditions. The prize will only be valid once the winner instructs Woolley & Wallis to manage a tenanted property and has signed Terms of Business with the Woolley & Wallis office which is closest to their rental property. The instruction must remain with Woolley & Wallis Lettings for the duration of any reward period as a minimum.
1.2. The winner(s) will be selected at random through a prize draw once 75 individual landlords have entered the competition.
1.3 The competition is no way endorsed by any other company other than Woolley & Wallis.
2. When to Enter and Who Can Enter
2.1. The Competition opens on 1st September 2019 and runs until 75 landlords have completed the survey and agreed to all terms. Existing clients may enter if they instruct Woolley & Wallis on a different property to that which they already manage (if an existing Tenant Find Only landlord would like to switch to a Fully Managed Service then they are able to enter the competition by updating and signing new Terms of Business)
2.2. Entrants can enter at any point from this date.
2.3. Multiple property landlords will only count as one landlord in regard to the 75 entrants.
2.4. Employees of Woolley & Wallis and their immediate families, persons connected with the competition/prize draw and their immediate families i.e. prize sponsors, introducers, reseller & their agents are not eligible to enter the Competition.
2.5. By entering the Competition, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. Woolley & Wallis reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants
2.6. Woolley & Wallis assumes that by reading the publication or by using the website and entering the Competition (and you warrant that) you are aged 18 or over and have consented to your entry into the Competition and these Rules.
2.7. Woolley & Wallis reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of the Rules.
2.8. In the event that any entrant is disqualified from the Competition, Woolley & Wallis, in its sole discretion, may decide whether a replacement should be selected. In this event, any further entrant will be selected on the same criteria as the original entrant and will be subject to these Rules.
3.1. The prizes for winning the competition will be as follows:
1st Prize: Free Full Management of the related rental property by Woolley & Wallis Salisbury for a period of 1 year (12 months) from the date that a tenant first moves into the property. Any period that the property is vacant will not count toward the free management period (i.e. between tenancies).
2nd Prize: Free Full Management of the related rental property by Woolley & Wallis Salisbury for a period of 6 months from the date that a tenant first moves into the property. Any period that the property is vacant will not count toward the free management period (i.e. between tenancies).
3rd Prize: Free Full Management of the related rental property by Woolley & Wallis Salisbury for a period of 3 months from the date that a tenant first moves into the property. Any period that the property is vacant will not count toward the free management period (i.e. between tenancies).
3.2. Prizes are non–transferable and there is no cash alternative. Woolley & Wallis reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.
4. Data Protection and Publicity
4.1. You consent to your surname, photograph and basic information about you being disclosed on Woolley & Wallis’s digital channels or other media if you win any Prize(s) under the Competition
4.2. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation. By entering the Competition, you agree that Woolley & Wallis Lettings may contact you in relation to the Competition and general Lettings Services.
4.3. Competition winners will be contacted directly by Woolley & Wallis Lettings. You must provide accurate contact details on notification.
4.4. Woolley & Wallis reserve the right to use the voice, image, photograph, name and likeness of the winners for publicity and in advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice to the winners. In entering the Competition, all participants consent to such use of their voice, image, photograph, name and likeness.
5. Competition Rules
5.1. The Competition will be run and Prizes will be awarded at Woolley & Wallis’s sole discretion. The Competition winner must pass the Woolley & Wallis application process to qualify for the Prize.
5.3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Woolley & Wallis’s website and services, and to refuse entry into the Competition
5.4. We reserve the right to change the Competition rules and these Terms and Conditions from time to time. If we do so, we will always have the most up to date terms and conditions on the Website and in the case of a discrepancy between these terms and conditions and those on the Website, the Website terms and conditions will apply. Your continued use of the website will constitute your acceptance of the new rules and/or Terms and Conditions
5.5. All intellectual property rights in the images and materials on the Website, and used in the services provided by Woolley & Wallis and no person may make any use of them without Woolley & Wallis’s express permission.
6. Liability and Indemnities
6.1. Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence, or in respect of fraud, and so far as is permitted by law, Woolley & Wallis and its associated companies and agents and distributors exclude responsibility and all liabilities, whether direct or indirect, arising from:
6.1.1. any postponement or cancellation of the Competition;
6.1.2. any changes to, supply of or use of the Prize; and
6.1.3. any act or default of any supplier, which are beyond Woolley & Wallis’s reasonable control.
6.2. Woolley & Wallis does not accept responsibility for any liability arising from technical incompatibility, problems relating to the internet, or technical difficulties of any kind
6.3. Woolley & Wallis shall not be liable, whether in tort, contract, misrepresentation or otherwise for loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, loss of goods, loss of use, loss or corruption of data or information, or any special, indirect, consequential or pure economic loss, costs, damages, charges or expenses
6.4. You agree to indemnify Woolley & Wallis against all liabilities, claims and expenses that may arise from any breach of your agreement with Woolley & Wallis.
7.1. The Competition and these Terms and Conditions are governed by English Law. England & Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
