An action packed day to be had at The Blackmore and Sparkford Vale Point to Point

Woolley & Wallis is delighted to be sponsoring the Open Maiden race at this year’s Blackmore and Sparkford Vale Point to Point, on Sunday 10th March at Charlton Horethorne, Somerset.

The Open Maiden race is the opening race of the meeting, at 12.30pm, with 31 horses entered to run over 2 miles 4 furlongs. Due to the large number of entries the race could be divided to give an extra race on the cards and add to the excitement of the day.

The day comprises 6 races in total with an excellent entry of 123 horses. The current going report of good to soft is expected to remain the same for race-day so there should be plenty of runners.

Further details are available on the Point to Point website -
