February Farm Fortnight

06 Feb 2024

The ever-popular February Farm Fortnight is returning from today-26th February 2024.

The farm, rural and equestrian agents of Woolley & Wallis offer FREE farm and equestrian market appraisals for the potential sales of farms, country estates, smallholdings, parcels of land, woodland and equestrian holdings and encompasses all rural properties.

Sophie Clotworthy, from our farm, rural and equestrian team shares her views on the market conditions.

“It’s a great time to unlock the potential of your farm and land. There is a high demand for land from a wide variety of consumers. 2024 is expected to be an excellent year to sell because some sellers might wait for clarification in a year with a general election.”

Landowners and farmers in the south are encouraged to take full advantage of the offer:

“This is an opportunity to obtain a current market assessment of your land and gain some free professional advice” suggests Sophie Clotworthy. ” We can show you how to maximise the value of your farm and help you devise a plan going forward to enhance your profit yield.”

We have advised many customers regarding all aspects over the years and received excellent feedback

“I would like to thank the team at Woolley & Wallis for achieving such an excellent result in selling our farm
and making the whole process run as smoothly and quickly as possible. We know by using them we obtained
the best price possible from the best buyer. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a professional and
proactive team. Many thanks for your help and hard work throughout.” Sixpenny Handley, Dorset

“When I decided to sell my farm after the death of my husband I immediately thought of Woolley & Wallis whom we had used previously to great satisfaction. They took on the sale of the farm and looked after me very well. I had no worries and everything went ahead smoothly.” Royal Wootton Bassett, Wiltshire

“I have always asked Woolley & Wallis to act for me over many years, so no hesitation in instructing them again. Sophie Clotworthy was given the brief on this property, which was not a straightforward one as we were breaking up a farm with three properties and many buildings. Sophie dealt calmly and very professionally with the many difficulties that arose, and was responsible for achieving an excellent overall result. I am most grateful to her.” Bramshaw, New Forest

This is a very popular offer with limited appointments available. Be sure to secure your valuation and consultation today.
