Woolley & Wallis submitted a full planning application for the conversion of a 5000sqft barn and worked closely with the planning officer, ecology and the AONB team to design a proposal that would be acceptable within the landscape.
The site presented some large considerations including its position within the AONB, its prominent location and its position next to ancient woodland.
