Having established a requirement for a secure dog walking paddock, Woolley & Wallis was instructed to submit an application for the change of use of an area, the laying of an access track and parking area and the erection of 6ft fencing.
The application and the proposed business were successful. After the initial application, Woolley & Wallis was instructed to extend permission to allow a second secure paddock, which was also granted.
