Woolley & Wallis was approached to advise on the residential development potential of a client’s equestrian holding in the Cotswolds.
After undertaking a site appraisal and advising on available options, Woolley & Wallis submitted an application for a temporary rural workers’ dwelling to support a proposed expansion of the existing equestrian business onsite. After three years, we will be submitting an application for a permanent dwelling.
A rural workers’ dwelling is not just for farmers; it is available to any rural business including livestock, alpacas, equestrian or queen bee breeders where they can prove an essential need for the dwelling onsite.
