We carry out regular inspections to keep a good tenant relationship and to ensure the property is being maintained. As maintenance requirements arise, Woolley & Wallis is able to advise on whether it is the landlord or tenant who is responsible and we will oversee repairs.

We are able to give advice on landlord and tenant matters, such as rent reviews, lease renewals, end of tenancies, assignments, break dates and marketing, ensuring important dates are not missed. We can also prepare schedules of conditions and dilapidation surveys, and give advice on lease obligations.

We are also happy to advise on compliance issues – to ensure a building remains compliant with current legislation – with a management system that captures and prompts action on key dates.
