A Limited Building Report or Defects report is available for a specific area concern and will only cover the issue raised. You need not be buying or selling your property to request this report. This could be for your own home if you notice something which you would like inspected by an experienced Chartered Surveyor who will be able to offer advice on how best to deal with the problem.
