Woolley & Wallis was instructed to work alongside an architect to draft and submit a full planning application for the extension of an existing house in Somerset.
Permitted development rights would have been available for the client, but it was decided to apply for exactly what they wanted with their permitted development rights providing a strong fall-back argument.
