Complaints Procedure

Firstly, we are very sorry that you wish to make a complaint.  Woolley & Wallis endeavour to provide the highest levels of service to all our clients at all times. We do, however, recognise that on occasions, things do not go according to plan, and we, therefore, have a Complaints Procedure, which meets regulatory requirements to enable our clients to report any incidences to us so that we can rectify and resolve matters promptly and without the need to resort to a formal complaint.
